A standard piano tuning visit takes approximately 1.5. hours. However, if a piano has gone a long time without being tuned or has recently been moved, then a pitch adjustment may be required and will take an extra hour with a follow up tuning within three months.

A standard tuning visit will always include minor regulation, cleaning, an assessment of the instrument (particularly important for checking any moth damage or woodworm) and a written report with advice on future maintenance.

For additional work, a half day service would be recommended which would include additional regulation, minor repairs, hammer voicing and toning.

A quote will be given before any work is undertaken and special rates are available for sites with more than one piano per visit.

It would be appreciated if payment could be made on the day of the tuning by Cash, Cheque, Debit, Credit Card or BACS.
